UK Team Samarbejder Til Evaluering Epitaksial Materialer Til Overfladekoblet Lasere

On September 1, Sivers Photonics, a leading UK supplier of fiber optic communications and III-V semiconductor photonics devices, announced that it has received an an initial order from Vector Photonics, a UK-baseret laser developer, for the evaluation of epitaxial materials for a new next-generation surface-coupled laser project.
The order, which includes laser fabrication and lifetime testing, will be the first time the two Glasgow-based companies mentioned above have worked together on a collaborative project, which will bemade on the advanced Sivers InP100 platform. The project is at the forefront of global laser technology development and Vector Photonics' choice to work with Sivers Photonics means it will be done helt within the Scottish Fotonik klynge.
